안녕하세요, 508호실입니다.

I'm sorry to bother you, but we're having a few issues with our room that I'd like to address.

귀찮게 해서 죄송한데, 방에 몇 가지 문제가 있어서 해결하고 싶습니다.

First of all, the air conditioning doesn't seem to be working properly.

우선, 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않는 것 같습니다.

We've tried adjusting the thermostat several times, but the room is still quite warm and uncomfortable.

온도 조절기를 여러 번 조정해봤는데 방이 여전히 꽤 덥고 불편합니다.

My daughter has trouble sleeping when it's too hot, so this is quite urgent for us.

딸이 너무 더우면 잠을 못 자서 저희에게는 꽤 급한 문제입니다.

Secondly, I noticed that the hot water in the bathroom isn't working.

둘째로, 욕실의 온수가 나오지 않는 것을 발견했습니다.

When I turn on the shower or the sink, only cold water comes out.

샤워기나 세면대를 틀면 찬물만 나옵니다.

We just came back from a long day of activities and were looking forward to a warm shower, so this is quite disappointing.

긴 하루 활동 후 돌아와서 따뜻한 샤워를 기대했는데 꽤 실망스럽습니다.

I understand that technical issues can happen, and I appreciate that you're probably doing your best.

기술적 문제가 발생할 수 있다는 것을 이해하고, 최선을 다하고 계신 것에 감사드립니다.

However, I was wondering what could be done to resolve these problems as quickly as possible.

그러나 이 문제들을 가능한 빨리 해결하기 위해 무엇을 할 수 있는지 궁금합니다.

Is there a maintenance person who could come up and take a look?

올라와서 확인할 수 있는 정비 담당자가 있나요?

Also, if these issues can't be fixed tonight, would it be possible to move us to a different room?

또한, 오늘 밤 이 문제들이 해결되지 않으면 다른 방으로 옮길 수 있을까요?

We're staying for three more nights, and it would really affect our vacation if we can't get these basic amenities working.

3박 더 머물 예정인데, 이런 기본적인 편의시설이 작동하지 않으면 휴가에 정말 영향을 미칠 것입니다.

I'd also like to discuss some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

불편에 대한 어떤 형태의 보상에 대해서도 논의하고 싶습니다.

We specifically chose this hotel because of its excellent reviews, and we've paid quite a premium rate for our stay.

훌륭한 리뷰 때문에 특별히 이 호텔을 선택했고, 숙박에 꽤 높은 요금을 지불했습니다.

I think it's reasonable to expect some consideration given the circumstances.

상황을 고려할 때 어느 정도 배려를 기대하는 것이 합리적이라고 생각합니다.
