기억에 남는 프로젝트

You know, one project that really stands out in my career is the AI automation initiative I led for our Cloud Portal service.

So, the challenge we faced was that our internal users had to go through numerous clicks and complex workflows just to complete simple requests.

우리가 직면한 도전은 내부 사용자들이 간단한 요청을 완료하기 위해 수많은 클릭과 복잡한 워크플로우를 거쳐야 한다는 것이었습니다.

It was time-consuming and honestly quite frustrating for everyone.

시간이 많이 걸렸고 솔직히 모두에게 꽤 답답한 일이었습니다.

My team and I were tasked with finding a solution to streamline this entire process.

제 팀과 저는 이 전체 프로세스를 간소화할 솔루션을 찾는 임무를 맡았습니다.

What we did was implement an AI-powered assistant that could understand user intentions and automatically perform multiple actions with minimal input.

우리가 한 것은 사용자 의도를 이해하고 최소한의 입력으로 자동으로 여러 작업을 수행할 수 있는 AI 기반 어시스턴트를 구현한 것입니다.

For example, instead of clicking through five different screens to request a new server, users could simply type what they needed in natural language, and the system would handle everything else.

예를 들어, 새 서버를 요청하기 위해 5개의 다른 화면을 클릭하는 대신 사용자는 필요한 것을 자연어로 입력하기만 하면 시스템이 나머지를 모두 처리했습니다.

The implementation phase was quite challenging.

구현 단계는 꽤 도전적이었습니다.

We had to integrate various APIs, train the AI model to understand domain-specific terminology, and ensure the system was reliable enough for production use.

다양한 API를 통합하고, AI 모델이 도메인별 용어를 이해하도록 훈련하고, 시스템이 프로덕션 사용에 충분히 신뢰할 수 있는지 확인해야 했습니다.

There were definitely some late nights and debugging sessions, but the team spirit was amazing.

The result exceeded our expectations.

결과는 우리의 기대를 초과했습니다.

We saw a significant reduction in the time users spent on routine tasks, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

사용자들이 일상 업무에 소비하는 시간이 크게 줄었고 피드백은 압도적으로 긍정적이었습니다.

What made me particularly proud was when executives from other departments started asking if we could implement similar solutions for their services.

This project really reinforced my belief that AI can make a tremendous difference in everyday work efficiency.
